About Plumbing Answering AI
We build an AI receptionist for plumbing companies that need calls answered while work continues. Your receptionist answers as your business and follows the policies you provide. Hear how it handles a plumbing request in the browser demo.

Built around the calls a plumbing shop receives
We built Plumbing Answering AI to handle the intake that comes with running a plumbing business. A caller may need a drain cleared, want a tankless installation estimate or report water spreading from a burst pipe. Your receptionist asks intake questions, flags urgency and takes a message so you have details for the next step.
Plumbing calls need clear boundaries as well as useful questions. You tell the receptionist which services you offer, where you work, what you consider urgent and how to explain your price policy.
It states after-hours fees only as you set them. For gas smells, CO alarms, sparks or burning smells, or flooding near electricity, it tells callers to get everyone out and call 911 or the utility from outside. For a fire, it says: "Get everyone out first, then call 911 from outside." For medical emergencies or anyone in danger, it tells callers to hang up and call 911 right now. It then alerts you. It does not provide repair instructions.
Your shop sets the rules
You teach the receptionist through an onboarding chat and your website. Choose whether to forward all calls or only busy, unanswered or after-hours calls. Set who receives urgent requests and whether you want Google Calendar bookings or details for your callback.
Calls begin with a virtual-assistant disclosure and a recording notice. Your receptionist speaks English and Spanish, including when a caller changes languages during the conversation. Email and app push alerts bring you the summary, urgency tag, transcript and recording. You can review calls and change settings in the dashboard.
Hear the intake before forwarding calls
The interactive plumbing demo lets you talk to the receptionist without signing up. It uses a fictional business, so you can test scenarios such as a sewer backup or an after-hours fee question without mistaking the example for a real shop.
When you are ready, request a free trial online; we email your sign-in link when the trial is ready so you can provide your own business details. A forwarding guide and test call help you check setup before going live. The AI can make mistakes, so review summaries and keep a backup way to be reached. We sell the service online, with help available at [email protected].
